Are you ready to get some new flow going in your life?
How about fixing up a new version of you that’s healthier, happier and stronger ? We spend a lot of time changing things from the outside with new clothes, cosmetics and moisturisers. How about creating a stronger you from the inside out? We could all do with a new version of ourselves popping up from time to time. Here’s some great advice and practical techniques on how to create a wonderful new you.
New science shows us the power of the mind is infinite. From studying the new research emerging in quantum science and reading the scientific findings about the power of our mind, we find that it’s actually easy and straight forward to create a new ‘you’ working from the inside. We now have extensive research findings and insights showing how you can make changes to your life very simply by first changing the model you have in your mind’s eye about who you really are and who you are choosing to be.
Time for a change?
We are vibrational beings and are widely affected by what’s going on at the level of our emotions. How we think and feel really does affect who we are, who we become and the kind of life experiences that we attract. Findings from the world of science have shown this to be true and tell us that we need to take more care in making good choices around how we feel – moment by moment. We now know through quantum physics that we each have a lot more personal power and impact over what happens to us day by day than we had previously realised.
What do you want to improve?
Have a think about your life right now and consider which bits you may want to improve. Ask yourself:
If you could be and do anything, what would this be?
What would you choose to change if you could change anything right now?
What would you like more of in your life? Maybe, it’s just a tweak that you’re after in specific areas. Or it may be that you fancy a full-on radical shake up with a major overhaul to bring new sparkle into your life. Here are some great tools to allow you to bring in a ‘new you’ fast. LET’S START THIS PROCESS WITH SOME SIMPLE STEPS
Begin now by looking at this list of quick fire questions. Take a minute to jot down your first answers to these questions:
What do I really want to create more of in my life?
What areas do I want to make changes in?
What things don’t I want in my life anymore?
What is stopping me creating positive change right now (eg. money, time, motivation, health)?
What are my first three best steps to begin making some positive in-roads for change?
Use these questions as prompts to write down the things you really want to go for in your life and the areas you want to pull back on. These can be big or small, easy or tricky; it’s up to you. Getting clear on what you want to change is the first step to creating a new you.

THE GOOD NEWS?
We are meant to feel good. As human beings, we work best when good feelings are flowing through the body; when we feel playful, energised, alert and inspired. Our body is geared to work best when we are in flow and heading in a positive direction. As we make choices to feel better and to choose better feelings inside, we power up the positive attractor engine within. This is a fast process – it can be instant – and it is profoundly affected by the quality of our thoughts and emotions.
Many times, we spend a good part of our early years and adulthood reconfiguring our default position of wellbeing to load in fear, worry, and other unhelpful negative thinking strategies. We can change this, just by being aware of how negativity pulls us back and by doing some simple positive mind-exercises.
FIND YOUR HAPPY DEFAULT
How do we most easily get back to our natural default position of wellbeing, playfulness and feeling good? One powerful way is through the ‘alignment’ technique. Research shows that we attract exactly in correspondence to our feelings and inner alignment.
To allow ourselves to let in our heart’s desires, we need to vibrate joy, happiness, love and wonder. Natural health is about aligning to positive states and emotions. So what is alignment and how do we do it? Alignment is when we line up with a chosen or preferred version of ourselves in the present moment. We can align with a healthy version, a wealthy version or a happy version of ourselves, for example. It’s important that when we are consciously aligning inside ourselves, that we make positive choices and hold our emotions constantly to this point and keep them both strong and positive. Here are some practical tools that you can use to line up fast to a new version of you:
Alignment technique tool box:
Choose a version of you that you want to be (for example, healthy, wealthy, happy, supportive friends) and include whatever aspects you want to see showing up in your life. Mix in all the elements you want to have show up in your experience.
Relax, close your eyes, and go inside. Breathe deeply and gently to get relaxed. Enjoy this peaceful state of relaxation. Float off for a while if you feel like it.
When deeply relaxed, instruct yourself to ‘align’ with the new version you are choosing. Now see, imagine or sense this new version in your mind’s eye and imagine ‘stepping into it’. Put this new ‘you’ on, like new clothes, and feel what it feels like to be this new version of you. Come from this place inside yourself: breathe, feel, talk, walk, and make decisions from this new position. The more clearly you imagine that you are this person who has this health/wealth/happiness etc, the more powerful the effect. Get the feeling that you are in alignment with this new version of you. This is a key part of the success – the ‘feeling’ is the most important part in manifesting a new ‘you’ fast.
Come back from your relaxed state and open your eyes. Stay feeling in alignment and feel that you are already coming from this new version. Remain with these resource states and this inner positioning and carry on with your day. Go forwards, this time feeling and being the new version of you. Feel like it would feel to already be this person who has the life you want. Feel 100 per cent aligned into this. Most importantly, trust the process.

How do we know when we are aligned for the best results?
Our emotions are the strongest indicator of how well aligned we are. If we are feeling good, we know that we are in positive alignment. When we feel bad, this is a powerful indicator that we have slipped out of alignment. Emotions are a great guidance tool to follow and signal to you when you are headed in the best direction. Your emotional guidance system is designed to give you valuable information about where you are and how you are doing. It’s important to notice what bad feelings are telling us and use this feedback to steer ourselves back into positivity. We then need to make the changes necessary to bring us fully back on track to keep us going in a direction towards more happiness and joy. Aim for good feelings. It’s the secret to success and getting a great new you in place.
