Intuition is the mind’s ability to grab informationthat is beyond the five senses and is ourbrain’s way of keeping us safe from harm and prepared for the future.
The ability to send a message to another person from a distance, or predict a future outcome is not mysticism; it is science. There are conclusive university experiments on telepathy, as well as other intuitive abilities, that were filmed and documented going back more than 50 years.
You can use intuition to keep your body healthy. Less than a generation ago, it was thought that you were born with a set of genes and that intractable hard-wiring dictated whether you would tend to be ill or well, fat or thin and so on. Now science has shown that identical twins at the end of their lives have modifications in the genes that influence their health and wellbeing and that these differences are passed down to future generations. Managing internal factors and making choices that influence the individual in the direction of health is the key and these factors are likely to be different for each person. Intuition doesn’t give one answer to everybody. It finds the solutions that are right for you.
Simple intuitive rules
In workshops I see novices in the skill of intuition do amazing psychic readings with very little training. How is this possible? We are all using our intuition all of the time. You do not need to develop your intuition; you need to train it to guide you in useful ways.
Here’s how:
Know your questions and write them down.
Let your intuition work on one question at a time.
Write down what you ‘think’ the answer to your question is when you first choose it.
At the end of each day write down what you ‘experience’ the answer of your question to be.
You will notice that intuition gives you the information and experiences, especially in the form of synchronicity or meaningful coincidences, to answer your question much differently than you first ‘thought’.
Heal your body
Healing is directing energy to change energy. Your physical body is energy as are all events, relationships and other world dynamics. To heal anything or change your body, first decide what it is you want to achieve. Do you want to lose weight, heal an illness or change your relationshipto something in your life like abundance or love?
Practise your telepathy
One of the most useful intuitive skills is telepathy, or the ability to sense what another is feeling or send a clear message to another from afar. Practise your telepathy by listening to the conversations you have with other people in your head.
Pick someone you can contact and when they come to mind, listen to the conversation and give them a ring. Often they will let you know that they were thinking of you too and if you know each other well enough you will find that you were, more often than not, having the same conversation with one another! You can practise sending messages that help your relationships instead of the usual circular discussions we tend to fall into with people we know well. As your telepathy improves you can use it for anything from keeping track of your children to sending out an attractive message for a new job or new love!
Hone your skills
Here is a quick exercise to help you get the information you need, even when the subconscious is ‘blinding’ you, so that you can take the right action in your life for a better tomorrow
Using your sleep for intuitive guidance
Sleep is a time when the conscious mind, your filter, is turned off so that the subconscious can offer information, integrate and learn.
Before you go to sleep, write a question or goal on a piece of paper.
Continue to do this each night until you feel that you have enough information to resolve the issue.
You will find that, upon awakening, as well as during the day, you will be hit with ideas, notice details and have reactions that point you in the right direction. Keep a little log of the surprises that happen to you during the day, things you did differently, or people or memories that come to your attention. You will find that intuition works the problem out for you as quickly as you are able to tolerate the change.
Try this simple exercise
Hold your hands with your palms facing each other about a foot apart.
Don’t worry about relaxing. Simply allow your mind to do what it wants as you fill your body with breath. Then exhale fully, whilst telling yourself that with every breath you take you are filling your body with dynamic healing energy.
When your body is ‘buzzing’ this means it is full, so allow the extra energy to flow between your palms.
Place your palms anywhere on your body they want to go and not where you think they should go.
As the energy flows from your breath to your body and from your body to your hands, notice the thoughts, conversations and memories that occur to you as this self-healing takes place and observe, as you continue to give yourself a healing, how they change. When the energy stops flowing, shake your hands out.
Write down what you did the healing on and notice over the next couple of weeks the changes that occur in the area of your body or life that you choose.
Using these simple techniques you can now start to make dramatic changes in your life.
