About the expert
Soph has been living with chronic pain since her late teens, and is diagnosed with fibromyalgia, scoliosis and carpal tunnel syndrome. She is extremely passionate about helping those living in pain to lead a more fulfilling lifestyle, helping to manage pain levels, making the day-to-day activities more manageable.
What’s included in the yoga for pain app?
The Y4P app includes a range of classes specific for sufferers of chronic pain conditions. With other sessions such as:
Slow Flow – a selection of vinyasa and hatha inspired yoga. Yogility – a mix of yoga and mobility infused classes to increase your range of motion and reduce risk of injury. Seated Yoga – a selection of desktop and chair-based yoga. Restorative yoga – for rest and relaxation to improve sleep.
